Our Story

Famous Restaurant and Baking Company has been serving homemade, handcrafted meals to our community since 1983. Tony Vogiatzis opened Famous with a simple goal: to share his love for the authentic Greek and Italian dishes he grew up with — many inspired by his family’s recipes.


Before moving to America, Tony honed his passion and skills working in his family’s restaurant in Greece. With experience, dedication, and the support of his parents, he brought those flavors and traditions to his new hometown.


Through decades of hard work, delicious food, and genuine hospitality, Famous has become a neighborhood favorite. More than 40 years later, we’re still proud to serve the same time-tested family recipes, prepared fresh every day and shared with the same love Tony had from the start.
